𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗠𝗔𝗝𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗬, 𝗢𝗕𝗔 𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗬𝗘𝗬𝗘 𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗡 𝗢𝗚𝗨𝗡𝗪𝗨𝗦𝗜 𝗢𝗝𝗔𝗝𝗔 𝗜𝗜; 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗢𝗢𝗡𝗜 𝗢𝗙 𝗜𝗟𝗘-𝗜𝗙𝗘

𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘆𝗲𝘆𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘄𝘂𝘀𝗶 was born on the 17th, October 1974 to Prince Ropo and Late Mrs Margaret Wuraola Ogunwusi of Ile Opa family compound, Ile-Ife. It was said that his birth was predicted years before he was conceived, Hence, the name Enitan was given by his mother while his grandfather named him Adeyeye, which means "𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁  𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗲". He is the fifth child in a family of seven.

𝗢𝗯𝗮 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘆𝗲𝘆𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘄𝘂𝘀𝗶 attended Sobuola Memorial Nursery and Primary School, Ibadan and completed his primary school education at Ibadan District Council (IDC), Akobo, Ibadan. He then attended the prestigious Loyola College, Ibadan in 1985, led by Reverend G.B Daramola, the principal of the college. He later proceeded to Ile Ife at Saint Peter’s Secondary School, Omi Okun,Ile-Ife led by Late Johnson Adebisi.

He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from the Polytechnic Ibadan, where he started cutting his teeth in outstanding entrepreneurship, even as student. 𝗢𝗯𝗮 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘆𝗲𝘆𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘄𝘂𝘀𝗶 is a graduate of Accountancy and a certified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and of the Institute of Management.

He has been involved in engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts locally and abroad for over 11 years.

He was involved in the development of the Northern Foreshore Estate, Cityscape International Limited’s Buena Vista project in Lekki, Primewaterview Limited’s projects, Westcom Limited’s projects, and the Ajaokuta Steel’s and Delta Steel’s resuscitation projects. Prior to his appointment as the Ooni of Ife, 𝗢𝗯𝗮 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘆𝗲𝘆𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘄𝘂𝘀𝗶 was the Managing Director of Howard Roark Gardens Limited which is undertaking multi-million naira Jacob Mews Estate project in Yaba and the Lakeview real estate development in Lekki.

He is on the Board of Imperial Homes Mortgage Bank Limited, (formerly GTHomes), GTBank Plc and FinaTrust Microfinance Bank Limited. To mention a few, the royal prince of Ile-Ife (𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲) is a member of some dignified professional bodies namely; Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), an Associate Accounting Technician and a certified member of the Institute of Directors (IOD) Nigeria.He is also an active member of the Global Real Estate Institute (GRI) having participated at various levels.

To become 𝗢𝗼𝗻𝗶, 𝗢𝗯𝗮 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘆𝗲𝘆𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘄𝘂𝘀𝗶 defeated 20 other contenders. 𝗢𝗯𝗮 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘆𝗲𝘆𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘄𝘂𝘀𝗶 was selected from the Giesi Ruling House of Ile-Ife, amongst indigenes who were also heirs to the throne on 26 October 2015. He received his staff of office on 7 December 2015. He has been described as an ‘astute entrepreneur driven by the need to turn impossibilities into possibilities. 𝗢𝗯𝗮 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘆𝗲𝘆𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘄𝘂𝘀𝗶 is the spiritual leader of the Yoruba people now saddled with the responsibility of making supplications to God and the Òrìṣà on behalf of his tribe and the world at large during annual festivals such as Olojo.

Shortly after his coronation, 𝗢𝗯𝗮 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘆𝗲𝘆𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘄𝘂𝘀𝗶 met with the Alaafin of Oyo and by so doing initiated a new era in the history of the Yoruba States. He effectively broke the jinx of institutionalised discord between the thrones that had plagued Ile-Ife and Oyo for decades. The Oba is an advocate for the empowerment and emancipation of women and young people.

He has transformed Ile-Ife into a tourist zone, with changes including the beautification, redesign and re-construction of the ancient city. 𝗢𝗯𝗮 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘆𝗲𝘆𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘄𝘂𝘀𝗶 is also a renowned philanthropist who is committed to humanity and an advocate for the less privileged. He has granted support over the years through the House of Oduduwa Foundation and, recently, through Hopes Alive Initiative.

𝗢𝗯𝗮 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘆𝗲𝘆𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘄𝘂𝘀𝗶 over the years has fostered numerous remarkable partnerships with dignified Royal Fathers of Lagos (Yoruba Land) in some of his Real Estate developments; HRM Oba Saheed Elegushi, Kusenla III, Elegushi of Ikate Land, Lagos (Development of Lake View Park 2, Lafaji, Off Orchid Hotel Road, Lekki-Epe expressway), HRM the Ooni of Ife, Oba Okunade Sijuwade, (development of Northpointe Estate, Chevron Drive, Lekki, Lagos), HRM Oba Oyekan, Onilado of Ilado-Inagbe Island, Lagos (Development of Inagbe Grand Resorts and leisure, Lagos), HRM Oba Adedapo Tejuoso, The Oranmiyan Osile Oke Ona of Egba Land, Abeokuta (development of the Lord’s Estate, Buckswood College Abeokuta), HRM Oba Oloruntoyin Saliu, The Oloworo of Oworonsoki, Lagos (partners in the proposed Oworonsoki Redevelopment Scheme, Lagos), HRM Oba Akinloye, Ojomu of Ajiran Land,Lekki – a host to several developments which Prince Adeyeye has embarked on. HRM Olofa, Oba Mufutau Muhammed Gbadamosi (partnership during the rice and sugar merchandising for Dangote Group and others).

𝗢𝗯𝗮 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘆𝗲𝘆𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘄𝘂𝘀𝗶 is indeed a highly dignified man, fearless and daring, a self-made man who not only has passion for his home town but for his country as a whole. He has forged respectable alliances with some of the most esteemed Royal fathers, leaders and kings of our time. It is without doubt that the young prince of Ile –Ife through his vision to impact the lives of everyone around him and his fervent passion for humanity has broken grounds as an investor in people and a preservationist of the cultural heritage of Ile-Ife. He is loved and highly admired by the people of Ile-Ife and importantly, he remains in tune with his roots and tradition.

𝗢𝗯𝗮 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘆𝗲𝘆𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘄𝘂𝘀𝗶 was involved in previous relationships. He had his first child Adeola Aanuolouwapo Ogunwusi (born in May,1994), with Omolara Olatubosun in Ibadan. They are co-parents.

In 2008, he married Adebukola Bombata, from whom he separated in 2016 to marry Zaynab Otiti Obanor, (his second wife from 2016 to 2017) and married to Prophetess Morenike Naomi Oluwaseyi whom he wedded in October, 2018.

𝗢𝗯𝗮 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘆𝗲𝘆𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘄𝘂𝘀𝗶 is currently married to Olori Mariam Anako from Ebira land in Kogi State. Olori Elizabeth Opeoluwa Ogunwusi nee Akinmuda, Tobi Phillips and Princess Ashley.

𝗢𝗯𝗮 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘆𝗲𝘆𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘄𝘂𝘀𝗶 is an astute entrepreneur, driven by turning impossibilities to possibilities. His power of imagination has set him aside, revolutionizing his approach to creativity and innovation. He is a distinct achiever, with the conscience of youthful excellence, his ambition is exceptional with savvy business ideas, making a mark in his immediate society and beyond.
