There are those who tell me, "just stick to Ifa" whenever I write something they don't like. What these people fail to understand is, in Ifa, knowledge is holistic and not fragmented. In Ifa, everything is connected: mythology is connected to epistemology; epistemology is connected to metaphysics; metaphysics is connected to philosophy; philosophy is connected to religion; religion is connected to politics; politics is connected to economics; economics is connected to civilization and civilization is connected to history. Thus, an Awo must study and understand all, holistically.
