SACRED STOOL!

The stool of a king reeks of repugnant ordinariness the moment he doesn’t venerate the Òrìṣàs- A pope that doesn’t venerate Christ has lost his impact and relevance in Christendom -same with an imam that can not venerate Mohammad Rosul LAH -! Òrìṣàs are supernatural beings that  once lived in this earthly life -what the Abrahamic religion call Christ, Abraham, Mohammad, Jacob, we call Òrìṣàs (Ṣàngó, Ògún, Ọya, Ọ̀ṣun). They are idolized and venerated because they are divinely significant to their adherents .They are all idols- Like mothers are idols, you venerate her by having her tattoo, making a sculpture of her and building mosque in her name. Is that synonymous to worshipping her? Yoruba traditional stool is synonymous to Òrìṣà's veneration- you don’t jump into water if you can’t swim- veneration, propitiation, sacrifice are different from worship- To king belongs prerogatives- I plead to all Yoruba monarchs not to downplay  the Òrìṣàs. And all our stolen artifacts that were pillaged grossing must be brought back to us!
