Hospitality without Hostility with Men of Olódùmarè

In ọ̀ṣẹ́ méjì, chapter two, it is stated how man should treat a babaláwo, prophet of God, priests, Alfa or pastors, the real ones, if they are found as his neighbor.

This chapter warns everyone not to live in conflict with a man of Olódùmarè and never should we make a man of Olódùmarè forced out of house.

It goes further by adding a great warning by saying that whoever victimizes a teacher of truth living with him or forces him to leave his house shall face a great problem.

This is what the neighbors of Lápàdé experienced when they victimized his living and forced him out, they were victimized too.

However, as you are reading this, you might have thought, instead of living with a man of Olódùmarè and get this as a reward, I would rather not do that, not to talk of this kind of experience.

My sister and brother, having a man of Olódùmarè in your house is like having the Olódùmarè himself.

However, he might be poor, silent and atimes, troubled. But, if you love him or her, the blessing of Olódùmarè will follow you.

What are the things that make babaláwo hated and forced out of house.

1. Poverty

2. Self problem

3. Rituals

4. Populous visitation

5. Enviness

The above are positive reason and a real man should not use that to force a man of Olódùmarè out of his house. Instead, he should love him more.

However, there are other negative character that can make a babaláwo forced or banished from a house or even victimized with neighbors and every babaláwo should be conscious of this to be a great Ambassador of Olódùmarè.

1. A babaláwo shouldn't be fraudulent 2. He should not be arrogant.

3. He should not create enemity among neighbors.

4. He should not be fornicating with women around.

5. He should not be disturbing the health of people around him through smokes or sounds.

However, before going into any house, let them know what you do and also try to always adjust your ways and approaches to life, considering the nature of your present environment.

The wisdom of A MAN OF Olódùmarè is not for him to be fraudster.

Read this as I read:

A kìí fi ìpọ́njú bá babaláwo gbé lé

A kì í fi ìpọ́njú lé babaláwo bọ́ sóde

Ẹni tí ó bá fi ìpọ́njú bá babaláwo gbé lé

Ẹni tí  ó bá fi ìpọ́njú lé babaláwo sóde

Olúwa rẹ̀ yóò tẹsẹ̀ bọ gìyàn èèrùnn;

A díá fun Lápàdé

Ọmọ òròrò ẹwà

Tí ó ń fi ọgbọ́n inú pawó

Tí ikú ń fi ọgbọ́n inú ú wá kiri.

Ikú bí o bá wọlé

O bẹ̀rù awo.

Bí iná bá Jó koríko ile

A  bẹ̀rù àjà

Now, before the final verses, the purpose of war of wisdom is expressed. Both death and Lápàdé were using wisdom to tackle each other.

It is like playing a game of death, only wisdom can make you escape it.

Finally, Lápàdé seal the bond by chanting the voice of reality, where it he said:

"Bí iná bá jó koríko ilé

A bẹ̀rù àjà".
