"THE SEEKING OF WATER OUT OF OTHERS' WELLS"

On February 14, 1779, the natives of the islands of hawaii gathered up and killed James Cook, an European who tried to kidnap a native Hawaiian chief out of the island back to Europe. This was obviously a mission to hold the whole of Hawaiian people to ransom in order to take control of the islands as it had already happened in the bahamas, Arawakans islands, Hispaniola, Mexico, and most of the Americas. In Africa, millions were already displaced, snatched and taken to the plantations in the Americas in chains, or dead by hanging or overwhelmed by the decisive power of gunpowder. Of truth, Africans had not known of gunpowder as of the 15th century CE when Portuguese Maritime expansion began and spread into Africa.

Portuguese Maritime expansion on its own was initiated in the Iberian peninsula during the later era of Africans(known as Moors by europeans) who had conquered and civilized most of southern europe out of the "dark ages" when europe degenerated back to primitive life after ten barbarian tribes united and shattered the Roman empire from within but couldn't hold things together thereafter.

Gunpowder, which gave Europe superior advantage had already been brought into Europe from China, earlier in the 11th century CE, through the 'silk routes.'

All black-skinned people who had conquered and laid the foundation of Spain and Portugal's position as the most advanced places in all of Europe were all sacked... Massacred out of Europe in 1492.

The same year, Cristobal Colonad (Columbus) stumbled on the Americas while seeking western routes to connect to supply markets of India and China as the silk routes were blocked off when Turks took over constantinople of the Byzantine Empire. This same year the Songhai Empire of Africa fall under Askia Ishaq.

In describing how Europe went out plundering other civilizations that were flourishing while western European countries groped in the 'dark ages', a British poet, Samuel Johnson, described Europe's scramble for the riches of other civilizations as "two robbers fighting over a passenger's bag", over the spoils of plunder. While Europe was busy shattering other civilizations, no group as much as troubled Europe from without.

This left Europe, and therefore, her cousin, America towering over other nations around the world into the 'industrial age' even though it came on the scene of civilization so late... torn. To an extent it looked like it had always gotten it together.
