Arabica - originates from Ethiopia and is the most common coffee bean. It has a smooth sweet taste and a stronger aroma.
Robusta - originates from Africa and has a sharp,bitter taste with a woody earthy aroma. Used for making espresso and instant coffee.
Liberica - originates from West Africa and has a floral fruity aroma and smoky wood flavor. Used for making instant coffee.
