1. All over the world ancestors usually bequeath legacies unto their progeny, whatever offspring gain from ancestors can be used to measure how advanced the ancestors were during their era. It reflects how they defend self against aggressors, cure diseases, preserve foods and live to cope with harsh weather.
2. Chinese modernized their inherited ancient medicine from ancestors and still practice it today, they usually export it to other parts of the world to make fortune.
3. Egyptians inherited embalmment art, Babylonian inherited astrology, Aztec and Indians inherited spices and meditation, Greek inherited philosophy and Romans inherited law principles and legality. These nations based their civilization on their heritage hence their excellence.
4. What did we Africans inherit from our ancestors? Yes, I can remember charms, incantations, selling our brother to slavery, human sacrifice and spiritualism. Please, don’t blame slavery and colonization here because some of the nations that excel experienced colonization as well.
5. Let us assume all ethnics/races inherited the good and the bad aspects from their ancestors, it means some races abolished the crude aspects of their heritages and refined the good to comply with the modern world. Example of the Chinese has been stated.
6. What did Africa abolish or refine for humanity to benefit? I am asking again what? Western world refined arts to become magic that we all pay to watch, African arts kills for money rituals in modern world. How sane person will believe that killing or harvesting human parts is the source of modern wealth. Or how will sane person believe that there is gold inside bald skulls or albino bones brings money?
7. Till today we still use fellow human beings for money rituals, the evil Africans inherit from ancestors that we refused to abolish is here to haunt us. Must we wait till United Nations list Nigeria as barbaric? Why not innovations, productivity and discoveries?
