The goal is (supposed to be) to get back to the ORIGINAL YOU.
Ọ̀rúnmìlà is not a "guess what's in my mind tool", it is "look into my situation for me and tell me what you see"
The Ọ̀rúnmìlà eye is a peripheral view, it is different from the scope of sight of our natural eyes. An aerial view seeing through a very large focus that stretches from the day you were made and in the same singular gaze, seeing into your future.
When Ọ̀rúnmìlà sees this view for you, the Babaláwo now narrows it down to Positive or Negative, Through a system of lot, the right one is picked.
And from here the Babaláwo will tell you what Ifá has seen concerning you - your life at a glance.
This is the information you receive at Ìtẹfá that keeps you instructed in the way you are to order your life, being aware of your original strengths and weaknesses.
The onus still lies on you to walk the path of your Ifá anyways.
Some people just got the Ikin for the Ikin sake.
Pay attention to your Ifá (the words of your Odù) at all times, and let it be the wind with which you adjust your sail to navigate through the diverse frequencies that you are coexisting with at every point in time.
Don't hesitate to make consultations as regularly as possible, but the information from your Igbódù Odù Ifá goes a long way because what you got at Igbódù is what you were before the beginning of time.
What you get at random divination are majorly pointers to a more immediate situation which could either also be positive or negative, your Odù Ifá covers your life.
An Odù Ifá is said to have close to 800 verses. Hence, if you can make enough effort to get your Odù Ifá to up to 200 verses, you are equipped with a lot of information that can transform you into the Òrìṣà that you originally were.
